LIVE SESSIONS
How do I attend a live session?
- Select ‘AGENDA’ in the main menu.
- Sessions are presented via a Zoom meeting.
How do I ask a question during a live session?- Use the CHAT box in the Zoom meeting controls.
- Type in your question.
- Questions will be answered publicly or privately, either verbally or by text in the chat box, time-permitting.
PREVIOUSLY RECORDED SESSIONS
How can I watch a session that was previously recorded?
- After the event, the organization will make the recorded session videos available on their website and/or YouTube channel.
TECHNOLOGY
What technology do I need to attend this event?
For the best experience, we suggest using a desktop or laptop computer and the latest version of the Google Chrome Internet browser.
Other Internet browsers are also compatible but check to make sure you have an updated version of whatever Internet browser you are using.
Do I need to have a webcam and microphone for the event?You do not need a webcam or microphone to attend this event.
Do I need to install the Zoom software app to attend this event?You do not need to install the Zoom app in order to view and participate in this event. If you already have the Zoom app installed on your device, it will not interfere with the functionality of the virtual conference center.
